Abstract
Suatu lembaga administrasi pendidikan perlu dikelola dengan baik untuk melayani kebutuhan masyarakat. SMP Dwi Sejahtera adalah suatu lembaga pendidikan atau sekolah tempat melakukan penelitian. Sekolah ini masih mempunyai sistem pengelolaan administrasi yang dilakukan secara manual hal ini akan menyebabkan terdapat penumpukan kertas, terbatas dalam berbagi data, terdapat data yang tidak sama dan berkurang integritas data. Berdasarkan hal tersebut sehingga pelayanan kepada murid yang diberikan tidak maksimal karena ada data yang tidak akurat. Perlu membuat laporan per periode sesuai keinginan akan selalu ada kendala, karena hasil yang secara cepat dan akurat tidak akan didapat pada sistem manual. Dengan membuat sistem informasi akan mengatasi masalah ini, penggunaan aplikasi memakai bahasa pemrograman Personal Home Page (PHP), program Mysql digunakan sebagai database. Aplikasi sistem ini bekerja menggunakan jaringan LAN (Local Area Network), serta arsitektur yang digunakan pada sistem ini adalah arsitektur Terpusat. Dari pembahasan dan analisa didapat sebuah rancangan sistem informasi administrasi sekolah sebagai hasil yang dicapai
