Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Inventori berbasis web untuk PT. Persada, perusahaan yang fokus pada jasa teknikal dan pemeliharaan peralatan telekomunikasi. Saat ini, PT. Persada sedang terlibat dalam proyek instalasi jaringan telekomunikasi bersama PT. Ericsson Indonesia. Namun, pengelolaan gudang dan inventarisasi dilakukan secara manual, yang mengakibatkan kurang efisiensi dan kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi terkait barang-barang yang masuk dan keluar.
Dalam perancangan sistem ini, digunakan pendekatan Prototype dan Diagram Aliran Data (DFD) yang terstruktur. Hasilnya adalah Sistem Informasi yang memiliki kemampuan untuk mengelola berbagai jenis data, seperti data barang masuk, data barang keluar, stok barang, data pelanggan, data pengiriman, data transaksi pemesanan. Selain itu, sistem ini juga mampu menyajikan data dalam format visual, termasuk presentasi penjualan, informasi tentang barang terlaris, dan layanan pemesanan barang secara online.
