EFEKTIVITAS DIGITAL CATALOG UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI PELAYANAN CAFE SUDUT TIMUR

Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong banyak pelaku usaha kuliner untuk beradaptasi melalui layanan digital. Salah satunya adalah Cafe Sudut Timur Condet, yang telah menerapkan digital catalog sebagai media pemesanan produk agar lebih efisien dan praktis. Namun, penerapan sistem digital tidak selalu berjalan optimal dan masih memerlukan evaluasi agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas sistem pemesanan berbasis digital catalog yang telah diterapkan di Cafe Sudut Timur Condet dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengelola serta pelanggan. Analisis dilakukan untuk menilai kelebihan, kekurangan, serta dampak penggunaan digital catalog terhadap proses pelayanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem digital catalog yang digunakan dapat membantu mempercepat proses pemesanan dan mengurangi kesalahan dalam pelayanan, meskipun masih diperlukan peningkatan pada aspek antarmuka dan kemudahan penggunaan bagi pelanggan baru. Dengan adanya hasil analisis ini, diharapkan Cafe Sudut Timur dapat melakukan pengembangan sistem yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di era digital.
