Abstract
Sadar bahwa nilai pendidikan itu sangat penting, maka setiap negara akan berusaha agar rakyatnya mendapatkan pendidikan dengan kategori terbaik. Usaha tersebut dilaksanakan dengan memenuhi program dari pemerintah terkait penyelenggaraan pendidikan berkualitas bagi warga negara. Beberapa diantaranya melalui monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja dosen / tenaga pengajar untuk mendapatkan proses pengajaran yang berkualitas. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini dibuat untuk membantu pemantauan dan evaluasi kinerja dosen pada Program Studi Informatika Institut Bisnis dan Informatika (IBI) Kosgoro Jakarta 1957. Model analysis hierarchy (AHP) untuk pemodelannya menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan. Kriteria yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan berprestasi dibagi menjadi lima kriteria, diantaranya nilai “Indeks Prestasi Dosen†yang diperoleh dari angket mahasiswa, prestasi akademik, prestasi non akademik, jumlah artikel penelitian yang dipublikasikan di jurnal dan artikel pengabdian kepada masyarakat, serta jumlah mata kuliah.
